Periodic Maintenance Inspections
We will do three periodic inspections of your exterior paint at the 3rd, 6th and 10th years – FREE.
Peeling Paint is Repaired Free of Charge
During these inspections, conducted in the fall, we do three things. (1) We check for peeling, blistering, or chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship – if we find any we repair it FREE, (2) We inspect for rotten wood and give you an estimate for necessary repair, and (3) We make recommendations of items that will need attention and the costs, such as deck staining, pressure washing, and washing the driveway, cleaning out gutters, etc.
Estimate for Maintenance Issues
We will write a detailed estimate for these maintenance items that we feel are important to keep your home well maintained and looking its best. (There is no obligation on your part to perform this work.) Again, peeling paint of warranted exterior surfaces that were previously painted by our crews is repaired free of charge.
This continued maintenance care of your home is practical and cost effective. Just like routine maintenance on your car, routine maintenance of your home’s exterior protects your investment against the elements and the effects of time. Our exterior paint warranty provides our clients peace of mind for years to come.
